What is Pizca Experience?
A fire-based catering house in Verbier. Everything is cooked live over open flame, on-site, across the Swiss Alps — for private gatherings, corporate events, and receptions.
Open Fire or Fire Bites — which fits my event?
Open Fire. Standing reception or cocktails → Fire Bites. Both can run at one event: a Fire Bites reception into an Open Fire dinner.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No minimum. We cook for one guest or a hundred. A flat CHF 300 setup fee brings the full fire kitchen to you — which is exactly what lets us say yes to any size.
Can the menu be customized?
Yes — and we love it. Our menus are a starting point; over 90% of our events end up tailor-made. Tell us your guests, your occasion, and your tastes, and we'll build something around them. The named menus are there to inspire, not to limit.
Where do you cook — can you do it at a chalet?
We cook outdoors with live fire — terraces, balconies, open-air spaces. We can cook outside and serve inside. No outdoor space? We'll tailor a menu using your indoor kitchen instead.
How does pricing and booking work?
Each menu and tier has a per-person price, plus the setup fee. Submit the form for an instant estimate, then secure your date with a 10% deposit by card. Prefer to talk? Message us on WhatsApp.
Can you cater to dietary needs and allergies?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, allergies. Tell us when booking and we build them in.
